Long bricks, also known as Roman bricks
Long bricks, also known as Roman bricks, use elongated clay formats to create a distinctive horizontal rhythm. Formats around 500 mm and longer offer contemporary design possibilities, while shorter companion units help resolve corners and setting-out. Staggered joints, changes in depth, different bond patterns, colors and textures can create calm linear courses or richly textured facades.
Fired-clay bricks have been used in architecture for centuries. Today, long-format products bring this familiar material into residential, civic and commercial projects. Their durability and contribution to building performance depend on the selected unit, wall construction, detailing and installation.

LONG THIN BRICKS
