Architectural terracotta panels are fired-clay units designed for exterior cladding assemblies. LEIYUAN represents and supplies LOPO terracotta panels in a range of formats, colors, profiles and surface finishes. In a correctly designed ventilated facade, the panels form the outer cladding layer, while the cavity, insulation, membranes, flashings and support system work together to manage weather, thermal and acoustic requirements.
COLORS, FORMATS AND FINISHES
Available colors, formats and finishes vary by product series, production method and order quantity. Fired-clay tones, selected engobed or glazed colors, natural flat, grooved, linear and textured surfaces can be reviewed for the project. Confirm the exact item, approved samples, feasible dimensions and compatible fixing arrangement in the written quotation.

Available dimensions and thicknesses vary by panel profile, finish, production method, structural span and fixing arrangement. Send the proposed module, elevation drawings, estimated quantity and delivery market; LEIYUAN will confirm feasible formats, tolerances and machining for the selected product series. Custom sizes are subject to technical and production review.
COLORS OF TERRACOTTA PANELS
Terracotta panels are available in fired-clay tones and selected engobed or glazed colors. Appearance can vary with the clay body, firing process and production batch. Approve reference samples, range samples and any mock-up requirements at quotation stage. Phased orders and future replacement orders should be assessed for possible batch variation.

SAMPLE APPROVAL
Reference samples, range samples and project mock-ups help establish the accepted color, texture, gloss and natural variation. Confirm the approved sample set, viewing conditions and acceptance process before production, especially for phased orders or visually prominent elevations.
CUSTOM PROFILES AND SPECIAL ELEMENTS
Custom profiles, corner pieces and other special elements can be reviewed for the facade geometry and support system. Feasibility depends on extrusion, drying and firing behavior, tooling, module and order quantity. Send drawings and the proposed panel schedule so the available form, tolerance and production requirements can be confirmed.
BACK FIXING SYSTEM
LEIYUAN can coordinate compatible clips, rails and related components for selected panel types, together with technically suitable machining such as drilling, back cuts or mitred edges. The final support system, anchors, joints, drainage, movement provisions and cavity fire-stopping must be designed and approved by qualified project professionals in accordance with applicable project requirements.

Fire, moisture, thermal and acoustic performance belongs to the complete facade assembly, including joints, cavity, insulation, membranes, anchors and fire-stopping; it cannot be established by the terracotta panel alone.
